Students whose names appear in the convocation list displayed on Valia College Website are instructed to fill the form below. Kindly note each student can fill the form only once so please fill the form carefully. Screenshot of duly filled feedback form must be shown at the counter for collecting certificates. Students must collect Convocation certificates from college office on any working day from 18th March 2024 to 30th March 2024 between 9.30am and 12.30pm.
